Standard sizes and prices for my commissioned animal art work are listed below. Full shipping and insurance is included witin the USA! The prices listed are for a regular background. I will be glad to give a price quote on custom backgrounds. For a quote on a detailed background scene etc. please inquire. My portrait work is done on the highest quality, archival museum paper for my pastel work and archival canvas for my oil paintings. These portraits will last for generations. I am generally working on about a 3-4 week time frame for pastel portraits and 4-6 weeks to complete an oil portrait.

I work from photographs for portraits. I can print out emailed photographs to use for reference or your originals sent in the mail. Photographs will be returned to you with your finished portrait. I can work from just one of your dog, cat, horse or other pet, if that is all you have available, but 2-3 are very helpful. Gift certificates are also available. If you would like to give a portrait as a gift but do not have a photo of the animal, a gift certificate can make a great present too. I will email you after I receive your order, to confirm it and ask any questions that I may have before beginning on your pets portrait. Please include 1/2 of the total portrait price as a deposit along with your photographs. I will send a computer scan of the portrait when it is about 3/4 done for your feedback and to see if any changes or adjustments need to be made at that point. After your final approval, the balance of the portrait cost is due and your portrait will then be shipped fully insured, to you along with your photographs. I accept PayPal - an easy and safe method for credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards (just click on the link below). A check or money order is also fine as payment on a portrait.
